Dr. Landry is beyond phenomenal. She is thorough, professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. I could go on and on, but honestly, there isn’t an adjective to say just how special she is. She educated us on so much and presented many options to us. She tested my mother’s hearing. She examined her ears to make sure there were no physical issues. She fitted her for custom earpieces. I am screaming from every rooftop how caring Audibel is about their customers.

Hearing aids were in need of repair. Met with a technician…Jennifer Scully. She repaired my hearing aid in 15 minutes.. took time to answer questions. Explained all the services Audible provides and the quality of their products. No high pressure sales tactics. You could not have a better representative. Katie at audibel on goodwood (baton rouge) was the most thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful hearing aid professional i have ever encountered. she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything about the hearing aids in an easy-to-understand way (without making it feel like she was talking down to me!!!) as a younger hard of hearing person, it was nice and refreshing to have someone like katie meet me on my level. she never made me feel bad about my hearing loss, and was even excited for me to have my new hearing aids!!!! HIGHLY recommend katie at audibel!!!!
